B2B Meetings (WW AT WORK)

AT WORK MEETINGS have been a mainstay for many businesses for years and years because they're a great idea!

If you are a Weight Watchers member that attends meetings with me at a community meeting and you'd like to know more about having a meeting at your workplace, please email me wwnina@gmail.com and I can let you know how we can make that happen.  The minimum number of folks required to start up a meeting is 15.


Monthly Pass is now being utilized at your AT WORK meetings; it gives you unlimited access to e-tools, At Work meetings and meetings in the community. This page has been created to walk you through what you have to do to sign up for your Monthly Pass for your meetings at work.  


What does this mean?
~ It allows me to conduct At Work meetings with no predetermined end date (similar to traditional meetings) paid on a monthly basis.

~ Instead of purchasing 12, 14 or 17 weeks of At Work Meetings as a "session", you'll buy a Monthly Pass, which entitles you to attend the At Work meetings and meetings in the community.  Monthly Pass is paid for using a credit card or PayPal account, and the you'll be automatically billed each month until you cancel; the amount you pay will depend on whether your company is subsidizing the meetings, some may subsidize at e.g., 50% or 100% and/or offering payroll deduction.

You'll receive a new Monthly Pass card in the mail each month until you cancel your account.

~ As soon as you purchase your Monthly Pass, from the Weight Watchers website, you will print your temporary monthly pass; your proof of payment, and you can immediately begin attending participating meetings in the community.

~ Once there are 15 employees who purchase Monthly Pass through the company portal, a meeting can begin at the workplace and the Monthly Pass can be used to attend meetings at work.

~ Monthly Pass, as well as Monthly Pass At Work meetings are available in participating areas only.

Sign-Up for Weight Watchers At Work
The instructions for signing up follows - please read through this and follow the cues - there is some specific things you'll be paying special attention to - I have highlighted those areas in yellow.

If you are already have e-tools, or if you're a Monthly Pass or Online Customer - please go to the end of this document FIRST and follow the instructions to you keep all your old account information in the new account you create.

You'll be signing up for your meeting online at a specific website that is designed to capture your information in the same place as all your colleagues and other authorized individuals that will be attending meetings on your site.

1.  The website is called a portal and can be accessed by clicking on this link.  Secure Signup Portal.   You will need a Company ID and a Company Password both of which will be specific for your group.  They'll be provided at the Information Meeting and also by email; write to me or to the contact person responsible for the admin for your group for the information you need.

2.  Once that information is submitted, the next page asks you to input your personal details and to create a username and password.  You'll be asked at this stage to select a box YES or NO as to whether you're interested in attending At Work Meetings?  - Say YES.  Then to move on to the next step in the registration process, you must agree to the terms outlined by checking the box and then clicking on "Next".

On the next screen you'll be asked for your company details; address and zip code. 

To register for the Weight Watchers Meetings at your WORKPLACE, follow these instructions:


The next screen will display a heading "Weight Watchers Meetings", the zip code you entered during registration will already be populated in the form, so click on "FIND".

Please note: if your meeting is just getting started your COMPANY MEETING will not show up.  The following message will appear:

"There aren't any meetings in your workplace right now, but you can attend unlimited meetings in your local community when you purchase the Monthly Pass (if available) 

Your company will let you know when meetings in your workplace become available"

You will click the BLUE "MONTHLY PASS" button that shows up under he 1st OPTION that you are offered - usually your workplace meeting.

4.  Now personalize your account.  Continue to populate the fields with your last name, first name, height, weight, birthdate and gender.  Women; you'll be asked to confirm that you're not pregnant.

5.  Click "continue" to proceed to the next step.

6.  Create a username and password that you will use to login to Weight Watchers in the future.  Should you forget your password, you'll be asked to answer the security question.

7.  Enter your payment and contact information.

8.  Provide your mailing address for your Monthly Pass card (if it's different from your billing address).

9.  Review and accept the Monthly Pass Subscription Agreement.

10.  Click on "Complete Sign Up".


11.  You will see a TEMPORARY MONTHLY PASS  on the screen that is now your purchased monthly pass - that is your proof of payment - PRINT IT NOW and keep it until you receive one in the US Mail.  You'll be required to sign in with it at ALL the meetings you attend.


YOU ARE ALMOST DONE:

12.  Send an email to me at wwnina@gmail.com - the subject line is  MP purchased at XXXXXXXXX (Company Name).  In the body of the email --- Your Name, The 7 digit monthly pass number (Begins with a W and has seven digits) and the expiration date printed on the pass.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY A CUSTOMER ONLINE OR HAVE A CURRENT MONTHLY PASS, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-866-204-2885
2.  Let the representative know:
   (a) you are signing up as a new customer through the At Work Portal at your company
   (b) you need to cancel your current account
   (c) you want to keep your old data and port it to the new account
   (d) if there is any refund due on your old account, the representative will process this.
3.  Make sure you have the correct username and password.
4.  Go back to the top of this document and follow the instructions to register for a new account.
6.  Enter your PREVIOUS username and password.
